Delivery, Exchanges and Cancellation

Local Shipping within Israel:
All items will be ready to ship within 14 business days (since receiving the confirmation from the credit card company), unless mentioned otherwise.
If your order needs to be delivered by a certain date, we will do our best to accommodate your request—please include your instructions in an email to ella.talmi@gmail.com

You can collect your parcel free of charge from our studio in Yuvalim, to coordinate pickup time contact us. Parcel which won’t be collected in 30 days, will be back in stock and will be refunded, excluded the cancelation fee of 5% or 100 NIS, whichever is lower.
In case of exchange or return- The customer will return the Product(s) (in its original packaging) to Ella Talmi’s studio location during business hours with prior notice.
Important Information about deliveries:
You undertake that you (or anyone on your behalf) will be present at the Delivery Address, at the Delivery Time, for the purpose of accepting receipt of the Product(s).
In the event that you (or anyone on your behalf) are not available for scheduling delivery and present at the Delivery Address at the Delivery Time, you will be charged the full amount of the purchase (including delivery costs), and you will not be entitled to any refund. In such a case, Ella Talmi will arrange an alternate delivery time, and you will be charged for the additional costs involved in such arrangement, including delivery costs. In this regard, you also waive, in advance, any claim relating to the delivery of the Products.
Immediately following receipt of the Product(s), you undertake to examine the Product(s) received to ensure that it matches the order you have made and that it is suitable.
In the case of unforeseen circumstances, theft or loss of the Product(s), difficulty in locating or contacting you, other delays beyond the control of Ella Talmi etc., the actual time of delivery of the Product may be delayed, and in such a case an appropriate notice will be sent to you, and you will not have any claim, contention and/or demand in respect of these delays.
In the event that Ella Talmi becomes aware that, due to circumstances independent of Ella Talmi, the delivery of the Product(s) cannot be completed, Ella Talmi is entitled to cancel the transaction for the purchase of the Product(s) at any time, by giving you notice, without any obligation to make any payment.
The return and/or exchange of the Product(s) will be made subject to, and in accordance with, the law.
You may cancel the purchase of the Product(s), in accordance with the provisions of the law, including the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and subject to all of the conditions listed below:
– You provided a cancellation notice to Ella Talmi, by clicking on the appropriate link on the Website or by email address: ella.talmi@gmail.com. (the “Cancellation Notice”).
– You returned the Product to Ella Talmi within the period required by law.
– If you have received a Product(s) and desire to cancel the transaction for the purchase of the Product(s), you must return the Product(s) (in its original packaging) to Ella Talmi’s studio location during business hours with prior notice.
– If a significant impairment has been caused to the Product(s), before or during its return to our studio, Ella Talmi is entitled to charge you for such impairment to the Product(s).
– In the event that one of the Products is not actually delivered to you at the Delivery Time and/or in the event that one of the Products is found to be defective, you must contact Ella Talmi as soon as possible (using the contact details set out below), to handle the issue or to receive a refund for the defective and/or missing Product, as the case may be.
– In the event that you cancel the transaction due to a defect in the Product or due to a discrepancy between the Product received and the description of the Product on the Website or due to non-delivery of the Product to the Delivery Address at the Delivery Time, Ella Talmi will not charge you any additional payment and will refund you all payments made within the framework of such transaction within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the Cancellation Notice (and the return of the Product) – all subject to the terms specified in these Terms of Use.
– In the event that you cancel the transaction for other reasons (other than the reasons listed in paragraph above), Ella Talmi will charge you a cancellation fee in the amount of 5% (five percent) of the price of the Product(s) or 100 NIS (one hundred New Israeli Sheqels), whichever is lower – and except for these charges, Ella Talmi will refund you the amount of the transaction, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the Cancellation Notice (and the return of the Product(s)), and Ella Talmi will cancel any additional charges relating to the transaction, if any.
– Shipping costs will not be refunded. Please note that it is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for the return shipping cost.
